Throughout my career, I've delved deeply into various healing modalities such as Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nervous System Education and Plant Medicine. My research and practice focus on empowering individuals to heal not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually.
